The Career Development Center of the University of Prishtina, in cooperation with Tertini Method, organized a two-day workshop titled “From Skills to Income: How to Structure Ideas into Marketable Value”, held on 25–26 March 2026.

The activity took place at the premises of the Career Development Center, located within the National Library of Kosovo “Pjetër Bogdani”, and brought together a significant number of students interested in developing their personal skills and enhancing their orientation towards the labour market.

The workshop aimed to support participants in identifying their individual skills and transforming them into concrete income-generating opportunities through a structured and practice-oriented approach.

During the first day, the focus was placed on identifying skills with market value, analysing knowledge that can be translated into concrete services, and structuring ideas based on individual competencies. Participants also worked on developing effective ways to professionally present themselves and their skill sets.

The second day focused on the practical aspects of monetising these skills, covering topics such as transforming knowledge into paid services, developing concrete offers, communicating value to potential clients, and taking initial steps towards generating income from personal knowledge capital.

The workshop was led by Ardian Tertini, founder of Tertini Method, who, through his experience in personal and professional development, delivered a direct and results-oriented approach tailored to real market conditions.

The programme was delivered through an integrated methodology combining theoretical input with practical exercises, interactive discussions, and real-life market examples. This approach fostered a collaborative environment, enabling participants to actively engage and develop skills applicable in real professional contexts.

Tertini Method, as a platform specialised in training and professional development, contributes to empowering individuals through programmes focused on the practical application of skills, based on the principle that their value is realised through structured and sustainable use in the market.

At the conclusion of the workshop, participants were awarded certificates of participation and expressed high satisfaction with both the content and the practical approach of the training.

Ardian Tertini – trainer and founder of Tertini Method – stated:
“The aim of this workshop is for each participant to gain greater clarity on the skills they possess and how these can be transformed into tangible value in the market.”

Valëza Bekolli – student at the Faculty of Economics, Banking, Finance and Accounting (3rd year), noted:
“Through this workshop, I was able to better understand my potential and how to structure it into concrete and achievable ideas.”

Ardit Beqiri – student at the Faculty of Economics, Management (3rd year), added:
“The workshop was highly practical and motivating, providing me with a clear perspective on the steps I need to take towards my professional development.”

At the end of the training, participants, with the support of the trainer, developed an individual guidance document outlining the structuring of their skills, service ideas, and initial steps for entering the market. The document can be downloaded here: [attached PDF document].

This workshop is part of the ongoing activities of the University of Prishtina aimed at supporting students’ professional development and enhancing their preparedness for the labour market.
