For ten years now, the University of Prishtina (UP) has been offering practical work opportunities across its offices, centers, departments, units, and institutes.
The UP Internship Program provides an excellent opportunity for current students and recent graduates of the university to gain professional preparation for the job market while still pursuing their studies or shortly after completing them.
The program aims to prepare young individuals who have chosen UP as the institution to shape their academic journey. Participants develop professional readiness, cultivate personal and professional integrity, acquire technological and digital literacy, workplace etiquette, leadership skills, and hands-on teamwork experience.
The university’s Internship Program is well-structured and guided by dedicated supervisors. Throughout the program, trainees attend workshops and lectures covering leadership and management, critical thinking, research, advocacy, communication skills, human rights, gender equality, and other key areas.
Depending on administrative and academic needs, the University of Prishtina regularly offers both paid and unpaid internships to students and graduates selected from its applicant pool.
