The Ambassador of Montenegro to Kosovo, His Excellency Bernard Çobaj, was briefed during a meeting with University of Prishtina leadership about the admission process for students from Montenegro and registration quotas for Montenegrin citizens.
Hosted by Rector Arben Hajrullahu, Vice Rector for Internationalization and Academic Exchange Rozafa Basha, and Vice Rector for Teaching, Academic Personnel Affairs, and Publications Naim Jerliu, Ambassador Çobaj expressed pride in visiting the institution that has educated generations of Albanian citizens from Montenegro. He emphasized the enduring emotional connection Montenegrin Albanians maintain with the University of Prishtina, noting that many professionals from Montenegro received their training at this institution. The ambassador praised UP as a "vibrant hub of knowledge."
Rector Hajrullahu and the vice rectors informed Ambassador Çobaj about the procedures for scoring entrance exam points for international students from neighboring countries and encouraged him to sustain their cooperative efforts, particularly in advancing higher education initiatives.
